Use F-77754-SERV with F-77754-TL4 on previously re-manufactured valve bodies. Sonnax F-Tool kits designed to service a specific bore require the VB-FIX, a self-aligning valve body reaming fixture.
The Sonnax 4L60 / 4L60-E servo pin is longer than the longest OE pin. The extra length simplifies adjustment, eliminating the need for adding length to the pin. Made from Chrome-moly steel, it is durable enough for high performance applications as well as stock replacement. Dual PTFE seals have been added to improve sealing in the case bore and an O-ring has been added to improve sealing between the pin and the 2nd gear servo. The Sonnax servo pin is fully compatible with OE and aftermarket servos.

Wear or debris can prevent the third accumulator checkball and seat from correctly sealing the 3-4 apply circuit. Installing Sonnax 3rd accumulator checkball and seat 74480D prevents leaks in the circuit and 3-2/2-3 timing issues and prolongs the life of the 3-4 clutch.
