Products that are packaged in sealed plastic packaging are NOT RETURNABLE once the Product has been opened.
Examples are: Transmission Gasket Kits, Shift Kits, Sonnax Sure Cure Kits, etc.
All returned products must be in unopened seal able condition before credit can be issued. No warranty or returns on electrical products unless stated otherwise. Please verify the information before you destroy the package. We reserve the right to charge restocking and handling fees.
All products supplied are warranted to be free from manufacturing defect. Any and all parts claimed defective must be returned prepaid freight for inspection with a written explanation of how they were installed and operated. Liability is limited strictly to the replacement of parts only and no claims for labor or consequential damages will be accepted. Except for such replacement, the sale, use or any other handling of our products is without liability or warranty whatsoever.
No liability will be accepted for misuse, negligence or abuse causing damage, defect, injury or loss. We suggest professional installation for all parts. Our obligation under this warranty is expressly conditioned on proper installation of the part and operation under "NORMAL CONDITIONS".
This warranty does not apply to unsatisfactory product performance which is attributable, in whole or in part, to any factor, condition or circumstance other than defects in material or workmanship of the Product. Without limiting the foregoing, this Warranty shall be null and void if repair or replacement is required because of improper installation, accident, physical or electrical stress, neglect, misuse or any other cause other than the ordinary and intended use for which the product was designed, or if the product has been dismantled, altered or repaired by the customer or any third party.
All returns must have prior company approval and authorization.
