All returns must be accompanied with a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA). Call our customer service department for an RMA and we will issue credit on clean and unopened sealed parts, less shipping and a 20% restocking and handling fee.

Always read the description on sealed kits to verify proper application before opening. Parts that are pre-packaged and sealed are not returnable once they are opened. This includes all parts that are in sealed plastic wrap. Examples are gasket kits, shift kits, Sonnax parts, ATSG manuals, prepackaged assembled products and overhaul kits.

No returns are allowed on electrical products, solenoids or tools. No exceptions.

Orders shipped under our Free Shipping Program may be subject to shipping and handling charges if the return causes the order value to fall below the program minimum.
